I had a great meal here. I tried their bacon roll, country fried steak and burger mac and cheese, all were tasty... I am craving for their bacon rolls now!

I really find Torch Restaurant's menu very interesting. You can choose from a variety of Japanese, American, and Italian food (not sure if I missed anything), or if you're having a hard time choosing something from the long menu, you might want to try a fusion of the cuisines mentioned.
We've tried their complimentary fried pasta sticks while waiting for our orders. Here's what we had for dinner: Appetizer Sampler, Truffle Fries, White Truffle Sausage Panizza, Torch's Signature Roll, Blackened Chicken Alfredo Pasta, US Angus Tenderloin Salpicao Medallion, and Smoked Jabanero Glazed Salmon. Their US Angus Tenderloin Salpicao Medallion was perfectly cooked (depends on your steak preference - hehe). Their salmon was fresh and cooked perfectly as well! I loved everything that we tried. The place was nice. However, it was a bit crowded and the tables were too close to each other.
