Toyo Eatery menu, Filipino in Chino Roces Ave

     Toyo Eatery is definitely not your typical Filipino restaurant. For starters, they don’t like calling themselves a restaurant. They want to explore different kinds of food genres, which is not something you typically see in a restaurant. Their take on food and dining is more of a twist on what makes Filipino food, well, Filipino. They don’t just take a dish you’d normally cook in your home kitchen and add their twist; they “take the essence of Filipino flavors, traditions, and techniques, and put it in tune with quality products and a desire to make things nice.”
