There are 2-3 Sandaya in Metro Manila. Here is the QC branch. It's in the Fisher Mall Market.
Their originality compare to other branch is the set menu named "EAT & DRINK ALL YOU CAN". It's only 495Pesos. If we order it, we can enjoy Yakiniku , vegetable and Iced tea. If you eat a lot, it's reasonable.

For our appetizers, we had the following:

Assorted kimchi - cucumber, radish, and Chinese cabbage: The former two were a bit salty, but great partners with Sandaya's Japanese rice. I still prefer the classic cabbage kimchi talaga.

A set of shredded vegetables (not sure what this is officially called, but it has cabbage, bean sprouts, and radish): so-so.

Kani salad: SARAP. Winner. Oishii! One of the best kani salads I've ever tasted.

Spicy tuna maki: sweet-spicy, just right.

Then we were also served some soup, Japanese-style beef stew to be exact. Honestly, it looked so unappealing when I first saw it; I thought it looked like crap. But like people, a dish's appearance can also be deceiving because it's actually quite good! The broth's salty, but the stuff in it? Good stuff, man, good stuff. As in WAGYU good. I don't usually eat tripe, but I'll gladly finish everything in this stew!

Finally, we had an assorted set of pork and beef slices/rolls. Grilling them is a beautiful form of "torture"! It's tough to wait for your food to be cooked when you're already hungry! But it was worth the wait naman. I especially enjoyed the pork belly leek rolls, which had a nice spicy kick.

I already liked their meat even without Sandaya's special sauces, but they do make the experience even better. However, our group wasn't advised early on that we were supposed to eat the meat with their sauces, so I hope the staff could improve on that. :)
