Roku Sushi + Ramen just opened a new branch in Trinoma. We ordered Salmon Tataki (not available on their menu but they didn't have tuna so they used Salmon instead-- good for us! Hehe.), Firecracker Roll, Unagi Sushi, Roku Ramen, and the Banana Tempura for dessert. I personally did not like the Unagi Sushi and the Banana Tempura. My favorite dish from this restaurant, however, was the Salmon Tataki (originally the Tuna Tataki on their menu).
The place looked good and service was not that bad. :)
