More than its namesake building in NYC, Flatiron pertains to the lone cooking tool used in their dishes, as sous-chef Kirk Ngo explains. “The concept started with us pertaining to a single cooking tool to name our new restaurant after. It also gave birth to our signature dish, the Flatiron Brisket 6.”
