Recommended from their menu is their Sanzokuyaki (P300), a Nagano specialty of chicken marinated in soy, sake and garlic, deep-fried until golden. It is a house special of Zipang. If one is craving for fish, one must order their Shake Shioyaki (P250), which is buttered and grilled salmon fillet.

Zipang is a Japanese restaurant in Quezon City (near Timog Ave.). Japanese chef mainly serve sashimi, tempura and teishoku(main dish with rice and miso soup). I ordered Mix furai teishoku here, it was tasty. the mix furai has a fried shrimp, pork cutlet and cream korokke. all of them were crispy. If you want to eat authentic Japanese foods in Quezon City, you should try here.
