As we sometimes eat out in large groups when I was a student, we really had a hard time finding space in the usually packed Maginhawa!
Thankfully, we have Mandi Grill, a persian restaurant along Maginhawa St. What I love about this place is they offer unlimited rice with chicken and iced tea for as low as 85 pesos. It's really a blessing for hungry students with a limited budget like I was before.
I personally recommend the fish fillet rice bowl of you're not that hungry. It costs 65 pesos. Their beef shawarma tastes good, too!
Overall, this place is pretty good, but I gave it just 3 stars due to poor and slow service, and the inconsistency in the quality of the food they serve.
