Shinjuku Ramen is a well established restaurant that has been serving as many as 50 kinds of noodles, ramen, udon, and chow mein. Among of that selection is the ‘Soy Sauce Ramen,’ which has toppings ranging from kimchi, salt, mabo tofu, and curry.

I ordered manatenmen 310php here. Surprisingly, it contained lots of vegetables, pork, kanikama, shrimmp, squid. Soup was shoyu-based and thickened. It was not like eating ramen, but it was like eating vegetables. Taste was good, so I can recommend here if you want lots of vegetables with ramen!
