They have corners for sushi and teppanyaki. The sushi is uniquely prepared by the Japanese chef in Ogetsu Hime.Rainbow Batera is made with Ogetsu Hime sauce and topped with tuna, salmon, ika, kani, saba, ebi.
One of the best sellers is the Tokubetsu which is a selection of delectable fresh sashimi which are mostly produced in the Philippines except for the prawns which come from Japan.

Specialty of Ogetsu Hime is Teppanyaki from japan. Chef cook foods on a hot plate with showing some performance in front of customers. We ordered Japanese fried rice, Yakitori (grilled chicken) and Yasai itame(fried vegetables and pork). All of them were tasty and almost authentic Japanese taste, but they are not so good for their price.
