Santouka is famous for their shio ramen. But sometimes they offer different new ramen, such as motsu ramen, curry ramen. It seemed weird but tastes is ok. I like santouka.

Santouka is a famous Japanese ramen restaurant from Hokkaido.
Location: 4th floor in Trinoma mall, QC
Food: I ordered "Small ramen & grilled salmon and salmon roe rice bowl set". It contains ramen, rice bowl, salad, and fruit.
They have shio(salt), shoyu(soy sauce), and miso ramen. We can enjoy authentic Japanese ramen.
I tried Shoyu ramen. It was very nice. It was as same as well known ramen taste in Japan.
Set menu is not deliverd in Japan so it's original in the Philippines.
Price: It's 470 pesos
