Ikkoryu offers tonkotsu-based ramen. Sometimes it's ok, but sometimes it's a bit different. So I rate 3 stars.

Ikkoryu specializes in Tonkotsu ramen, and I found their version to be among the good ones here in the Philippines.
I would give it 3.75/5 stars.
The restaurant is designed nicely, it has a nice modern japanese feel to it. check out the wood accents and the calligraphy in the photos!
Service is pretty fast, so you get your ramen piping hot pretty quickly.
Price is typical for a ramen place.
