I went with 4 friends to Torch Restaurant last June. It was lunch time and we wanted to eat something heavy.
Two of us ordered the Vongole Pasta, one ordered the Chicken Bbq, another ordered Baked Fish Fillet with Tangerine Teriyaki, and I ordered the Steak and Eggs cooked medium rare.
The steak tasted great and was savory and went well with the eggs and garlic rice. I also tasted the Chicken Bbq with it's great sauce but the crust was too thin and crunchy for my taste. Everyone else said that their food tasted wonderful.
The servers were very accomodating, polite and attentive.
The ambience was curious and surprising as can be seen with their furniture and choice of plates and utnesils. I think it goes well with their fusion cuisine.
The food was a bit pricey than my usual faire but it tasted great and was worth the money.
Overall it was a great experience. I would want to go back.
