Mesa is a well-known Filipino restaurant. This one is in Tomas Morato, and ambience is good. I ordered tofu-sisig, abodo frake, chicken BBQ. Well, if you would like to have good Filipino around Tomas Morato, then Mesa is one of the choice for it.

I've never been really warm with the idea of dining out on restaurants that offer Filipino dishes, but Mesa is one of the two restaurants that are exceptions (the other being Manam, basically Mesa's cheaper but better counterpart). Their dishes are so good yo mama's cooking actually pales in comparison (pls ignore the yo mama joke) but I'm serious this restaurant really is good. You can order anything off their menu and you won't get disappointed.
Recommended dishes: Sisig with egg, Beef 2 Ways, Garlic Chicken, Pinaputok na Tilapia, Binagoongang Baboy ni Kaka
