We have been wanting to visit this place since it is just around our neighbor. We actually wanted to try their famous mighty ton burger but we were not that hungry so we decided to order their "sharing" plates.
We ordered the following:
1. The Count of Monte Cristo Sandwich (5/5) - (Ham, turkey, american cheese & white cheese on white bread, battered & fried until golden.) I love the saltiness of the sandwich blended with raspberry dip
2. Sampler (3/5) - this is a platter of their appetizers ( chicken wings, bacon and cheese potato skins & fried cheese)
3. Fisherman's Platter (3/5) - Kalamari, Tavern Shrimp & Battered Fish fillet
4. Panama Orange Iced Tea - just usual iced tea flavor, nothing special
5. Chocolate & Strawberry shake - too sweet
Almost all of the food served was cold. Maybe because they already have a pre-cooked food ready so that they will have fast service or maybe because it wasn't peak hours during our visit.
I may not come back to this place anymore because of the food served.
The place was cozy but you can't enjoy the place if the food is not really good.

What I loved the most about The Porch by Casa Verde is the ambiance. The place is a bit small to accommodate big groups but we enjoyed anyway. Their food was so-so. From what we ordered, I liked the chicken wings from the appetizer sampler the most.

We went to Porch for lunch and it has a cute homey feel. There is cute swing outside that is good for picture taking. We ordered spaghetti, bigbang burger, bbq ribs and their sampler. I like the bigbang burger the most. It is their 9 inch burger served with fries :) I want to go back to try their mighty ton burger and shakes.
