For the best desserts, Conti's is one of my go to spots. I love thier mango based deserts.
For this trip we ordered the baked salmon, steak and a mango tart.
I was a little sad because the steak was dry. Good thing the mango tart was good.

If you are craving for some Taiwanese food, drive to San Juan. This place is not that visible but it is in a corner of a building along Wilson st. It is worth your visit. Try the adobo sauce, top it on everything!

The cenuano which is a spinoff of the cubano is good. They use lechon and pickled mangoes. They also have thier apple pie soda, I think it really tastes like apple pie. It might be an acquired taste for some.

This Taiwanese restaurant has been the talk of the town ever since they announced that they were going to open a branch in Manila. Finally I got to taste these world famous dumplings in the Philippines.
So upon seeing that the lines were not that long we immediately lined up. After 10 minutes we were already seated and ready to order.
The staff were very attentive and helpful, they excuse themselves whenever they are going to bring something or get a dish from you table.
Since we weren't that hungry we decided to stick to dumplings. The xiaolongbao were very yummy. I especially loved the pork flavored ones over the chicken. We also tried the shrimp and pork wantons with honey soy sauce.
The next time I visit this place I will make sure that I have enough space in my tummy.

I just wanted to have a snack and craved for their yakitori at the same time so I ordered my favorites the cut steak and asparagus pork wrap. No rice this time.

Even if you are only walking by their shop you would immediately find yourself falling in line to get some churros. We were a little full so this time, instead of our usual order of churros clasico we tried the xuxos or stuffed churros. We got the chocolate and speculous ones. They were yummy!

We tried the mixed okonomiyaki, 3 meat okonomiyaki and pork yakiniku. We were also able to upgrade our meal which added miso soup and rice for 90 PHP.
We sat at the tatami area to complete our experience. We will definitely come back soon!

You can never go wrong with their margarita pizza and salted egg pasta. Pair the pizza with their spicy honey. The best thing about this branch is Ciello's doughnut is just a few steps away. You can order and they will include it in your bill. The servers are very friendly and helpful.
