Location: Market! Market!
Food : Tempura and Soba so nice!

There are 2-3 Sandaya in Metro Manila. Here is the QC branch. It's in the Fisher Mall Market.
Their originality compare to other branch is the set menu named "EAT & DRINK ALL YOU CAN". It's only 495Pesos. If we order it, we can enjoy Yakiniku , vegetable and Iced tea. If you eat a lot, it's reasonable.

This is one of the best ramen in Metro Manila! The location is Alabang, very far from Makati. I tried Tonkotsu-Shoyu ramen. It's a thick noodle. It tastes very good. Furthermore, Karaage in Yushoken is really really good! I've never eaten such a good Karaage in Metro Manila. It is worth eating to go there.

Location: Near Alabang Town Center
Food: Ramen, Karaage
Price: Ramen for 350 PHP

It's my first time to eat Japanese Yakitori(Chicken) in Manila. The quality is quite good. I think their quality is controled by the Japanese manager. You can enjoy fish and vegetable with stick. It's delicious as well. You can enjoy good Japanese sake and Yakitori at the same time.

Location: 7th ave BGC.
Food: Salad, Yakitori,
Price: Around 1,000PHP per person
It includes beer and sakes.

I think Hanamruken is the best ramen in Quezon City. It's a plain-tasted Shoyu ramen. not too rich but not too light. It's match to me. I need to wait over 10 minutes. So Service is 4 star but others are 5 star.
Location: 2nd floor Trinoma Mall, Quzeon City
Food: Some type of Shoyu ramen. I ordered PORK BELLY.
Price: 380PHP

Gyu-kaku is one of the most famous Yakiniku restaurant chain in Japan. I rarely go there when I lived in Japan. It locates 9th Ave BGC. So the location is very good. However the quality of the Yakiniku, rice or other food is so-so. But the price was expensive like luxury Yakiniku restaurant. It was not good.

I will recommend Yabu to you if you ask me which restaurant is the most authentic Tonkatsu.

Oudon is a Udon restaurant in BGC. All foods I had were very good quality and Japanese Sake was good too. I cannot choose my recommendation because all menus are very good! But if I choose my best, it's Mentai pasta udon. It's Udon but tastes like pasta. If you want to have high quality of Japanese cuisine, Oudon is my best.

It is difficult to find good Japanese Whiskey in Manila. But the LIT delivers this. I tried "Yamazaki 21 year"
that is one of the most famous whiskey in Japan. It is as same quality as that of Japan.
It's not cheap price but it's reasonable if I consider this quality.

Price is 390 pesos. I was full so I didn't try other menus but I would like to try side dishes next time because it looks delicious too!

Location : Jupiter street, Makati. It's a little bit difficult to find it.
Food: Their ramen is "Tsukemen" which is separate noodle and soup.
Price: Around 300PHP

I like "Tsukemen" very much. However it is difficult to eat high quality tsukemen in Metro Manila. I finally found the best.
The tsukemen in Mitsuyado-seimen is the best for me. The soup is very rich and taste good.
I tried "Yuzu-Tsukemen" which is the standard one. I would like to try "Cheese Tsukemen" next.

I hope they open ramen shop in BGC because it is difficult to find the place....

Food: Soba, Udon and Donburi
