Mitsuyado sei-men is one of the best ramen restaurant in Metro Manila, coming from Japan. Mitsuyado sei-men has also branches in Japan.
For ramen, I recommend tsukemen here. Usual tsukemen is good, but also putting cheese sauce is good. That's one characteristic of this ramen restaurant.

Mitsuyado sei-men is Japanese ramen restaurant(coming from Japan). I ordered Yuzu tsukemen, Japanese fried rice and Chicken karaage. Yuzu tsukemen is authentic Japanese taste and affordable(270peso). Japanese fried rice and Chicken karaage are also tasty, but they are better to share.

I tried the Curry Tsukemen (4/5) and I have previously tried the double cheese Tsukemen (4/5). As odd as it sounds, it actually is pretty good and works!
I really love their thick, chewy, 'al dente' noodles. Try it cold with some warm broth!
The place is very nice, it feels like you are transported to the streets of japan!
Service is pretty good, and the price is typical for a good bowl of ramen.
If you are looking for a good tsukemen you gotta try mitsuyado!

Food: Their ramen is "Tsukemen" which is separate noodle and soup.

I like "Tsukemen" very much. However it is difficult to eat high quality tsukemen in Metro Manila. I finally found the best.
The tsukemen in Mitsuyado-seimen is the best for me. The soup is very rich and taste good.
I tried "Yuzu-Tsukemen" which is the standard one. I would like to try "Cheese Tsukemen" next.
I hope they open ramen shop in BGC because it is difficult to find the place....

I like their signature Yuzu Tsukemen. Goes well with their fat al dente noodles, not too rich. The benches aren't too comfy to sit in.

I sometimes eat Cha-shu plate and Fried rice. Even if I don't choose ramen, tsukemen, their food is awesome.
