Ramen Daisho‘s soup uses only high-quality ingredients. It is made with medicinal herbs used for cooking in China.
The noodles are made in Japan. They have three types of noodles: chewy curly noodles, soft flat noodles, and the straight noodles, specifically Hakata-style noodles.

RAMEN DAISHO is one of the best Miso Ramen in Metro Manila. Taste of ramen is truly Japanese one, and ukokkei based. Other Japanese friends also said that this ramen is nice. Although a bit far from Makati and a little bit difficult to go, I recommend Ramen Daisho if you like true Miso Ramen.

If you are a fan of ramen, you need to try the Miso Ramen (5/5) here!
Other dishes such as gyoza (4/5), the tonkotsu ramen (4/5) and the wagyu steak (3.5/5) are not bad too!
The restaurant is pretty basic, but really you come for the food.
The service is excellent, you get your ramen so fast. I think this is one of the fastest meals you could have.
The price may seem typical but the 350 here will get you a complete ramen with all of the toppings!
