Food is so good, and price ain't bad either. The fresh spring rolls are so good and goes perfectly with their rich peanut sauce. Their noodles and pho are also pretty good. But, being a bread lover, their banh mi sandwiches make my day. The bread is perfectly crisp while the bread to topping(?) ratio is just right. Every bite is filled with so much flavor, and starts and ends with a perfect crunch. Just writing about it makes me want to have a bite. It is so good!

If you want flavor, just go buy shawarma from any shawarma stand you can find on the streets. I don't understand the hype about the Halal Guys at all. Their rice tasted almost like nothing, even plain old steamed white rice at home tastes so much better than their rice. The pita was stale and hard. The meats and falafel were not that bad, but not good enough to save the dish. The best part I think would be the veggies that came with the meal coz they were crunchy and fresh. Not worth the money nor the calorie intake. I really don't understand why anyone would stand in line for this. I don't know if it tastes better in the states, but the one here.. Nope.

Omakase serves really good Japanese food! The sashimi and sushi taste really fresh, and the rice is cooked well too! Their servings are just right as well. The cha soba and spicy tuna salad were also really good. I haven't tasted bad sushi from them, everything's pretty good.

I ordered the mac and cheese and the soup of the day. I got full, the food was pretty filling, couldn't even finish my entire order. But then, taste wise, I've had better from other places. Also had the for much cheaper, so for me, it's not really worth it.

Kissako's matcha latte is definitely the best I've tasted! I usually order mine hot when the weather permits it, and theirs is the best I've tried hot. The matcha taste is very clear, and it flows smoothly on the taste buds. Their green tea mocci is also a really good treat to pair with the matcha latte. Kissako's definitely a must try for green tea enthusiasts.

Well, I'm not saying Milkcow doesn't taste good. I'm just saying it's not worth its cost. The ice cream is pretty basic for me, just some Milky vanilla soft serve. Then, there's just different toppings to choose from. It's pretty expensive for what it is. So, it's not something I'd buy really.

I definitely enjoyed wildflour. My most favorite dish would be the open faced arugula, pistachio, mushroom and cheese sandwich. It was flawless from the bread to the very last bit of pistachio. Their food definitely satisfies those who like earthy and herby tastes. Also, their food gives this feeling and sense of comforting home cooked meals. The prices are pretty high, though at least you know you're served good food.

Backyard is a nice place to eat casually. They have a nice place that is homey and modern at the same time. Truthfully, their food is a bit pricey. But, I'd have to say that their burger was one of the best things I've ate there. It was perfectly moist and juicy, also came with a side o potato chips. I also enjoyed their wagyu short ribs, and lobster sandwich.

Steveston Pizza is the place to go when you're looking for that perfect pizza bite! Their pizza may be a little bit more pricey than most, but you're sure to get a generous amount of the fresh toppings in every single bite. Their Margaruite Two is definitely my all time favorite pizza! Steveston is a good place to eat when you're eating with friends. They're also taking deliveries now.

Silantro serves Fil-mex cuisine at reasonable prices with generous servings. Their beef nachos are by far the best Nachos I've had. I'd also recommend their dinamita, and their tacos are also good and affordable. They allow you to choose from a variety of different meats, and allow you to mix them too. Silantro is a good place to eat with a group of friends or family.
