Pamana is Filipino restaurant but you can also order Hawaiian menu. Actually, Hawaiian is separate restaurant menu but you can have both. Ambience is nice and you can see many old photos.

Food: In terms of taste, all the items that we ordered were quite good, especially their version of pinakbet with bagnet and endsalasang talong..

Service: It was slow and the waiters are not that attentive

Price: Above average

I celebrated my birthday here with fam. My favorite was shrimp with aligue. We also enjoyed the original crispy pata and bulalo.. Mouthwatering indeed! Definitely a must try.

Their dishes taste like home. I think this is their selling point. I've tried many if their dishes but my favorites are:

Pinoy Caprese for the salad
Sinigang na Salmon Belly and rice for the main course
Ensaymada and Tsokolate de Batirol for dessert!

We also take some of our Japanese guests here esp. those who want to try Filipino food. They also serve sizzling balut!

The three of us ordered sisig, adobo rice, and carbonara mac and cheese. Don't be fooled by their appearance: the food may come in small plates but they are really filling. The aligue (crab fat) on the sisig makes it extra yummy, and the adobo rice was just perfect. Gulaman? Spot on! The carbonara mac and cheese, however, may be a bit overbearing on your palate. The service was awesome; you get to be attended to by their courteous waiters with a touch of a button.
